Botanical Hair Blend is specially developed to keep your hair and scalp healthy, to do that it has the following active ingredients:
- Ginseng: Ginseng is believed to increase the dermal cells on the scalp which, in turn, strengthens the follicles and roots of the hair. This not only encourages the new growth of strands but also prevents hair thinning and breakage.
- Fo-ti: Fo-ti is a plant native to China and studies suggests that Fo-Ti stimulates hair growth by working on the FGF-7 gene. It also stimulates the SHH gene, a crucial growth regulator in embryonic hair follicles. Lastly, perhaps a more impressive Fo-Ti benefit for hair is its ability to significantly boost color. Research shows that Fo-Ti has a positive impact on gray hair—both to better maintain your natural color and delay the onset of new grays.
- Nettle: Not only does nettle help in combating hair loss, it also helps in hair re-growth. Nettle leaves are rich in silica and sulphur. This helps in making hair shinier and healthier. Rinsing hair with nettle extracts and water results in re-growth of lost hair and also helps in restoring the original hair colour. It is also effective in combatting dandruff.
- Grape Seed: Grape seed adds moisture, strength, and shine to your hair.
- Ginger: Ginger boosts blood circulation to the scalp. As a result, it stimulates hair growth and strengthens the hair root and follicles. Additionally, the many fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals present in ginger can strengthen hair strands, which prevents hair loss.
